A must use bots tool to boost your sales conversions

The best part about haptk is that it has an easy UI for anyone who's new into chatbot development, even if they're not very technical in nature! I have been working as Developer Evangelist at HaTK since last 1 year now (and still counting!). One of my favourite features which i personally love most here are - Voice Commands feature & FAQs section available within dashboard makes things so much easier than any other competitor out there right? Well yes but sometimes when we try explaining voice

Pros
  • Easy Integration with all major platforms
  • Great support service/customer care team.
  • Awesome customer success managers to help you anytime anywhere across India / Singapore.(I'm currently residing overseas)
Cons
  • Price point could've more competitive compared market prices
  • Few glitches found due lack monitoring system during beta phase.but resolved soon once identified
  • Not enough integrations

Quickly responsive and highly flexible

The way that they are able adapt their bots so quickly, it's amazing! It really does take some time for them learn your language but once its learned well then things just flow smoothly from thereon in no matter what type of chatbot we use or implement through haptic (or any other service provider). I have found this team very professional as far an implementation goes which has been great considering our project was not straightforward at all due t he complexity behind creating such software…
