Review on 🧵 Optimized Stitch Embroidery Lettering and Monogramming Software by Brother by Carol Miller

I bought this product with my new Brother embroidery machine which only has 6 fonts was delivered . I've made sure the specs match my current version of Windows. After I downloaded the software according to the instructions, I started having problems. Because of this, my keyboard didn't work in any program, not just this one. I enabled Caps Lock along with sticky keys. When entering numbers, they only appeared as symbols, as if the Shift key had been pressed. I had to press each letter key 4-5 times to enter a letter. I uninstalled the program and then restarted the computer. My computer worked great again. Then I reinstalled this program and it started failing again. ALTHOUGH THIS SOFTWARE CLAIMS TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10, IT IS NOT. I wish I had seen another post on here from a previous customer who said the same thing before I bought it. The program itself isn't bad, but I couldn't even type text in the preview box without the same issues. I am so disappointed. Total waste of hours of my time and money trying to figure this thing out.
