We have been impressed by their customer service. But unfortunately the product itself is pretty bad. They don't provide any analytics, nor are they interested in developing a relationship with us beyond sending out our yearly report card. They have tried to develop a relationship with us, but there hasn't been much reciprocity. So it seems like a good idea to have them do the job instead of us. It would be great if they could use our expertise to make their product better, but we haven't been able to show them the value of being part of the community, let alone a tool that's already developed by many companies. And since they don't seem to care, we don't see any point in spending time developing a relationship with them.
