Despite having a wide variety of options, the standard of JYX's musical instruments and gear is subpar. Frustration and disappointment were the results of many things arriving broken or otherwise flawed. Poor communication and ineffective problem solving from customer support. The shipping was sluggish and unreliable, which was an additional hassle. I had great hopes for JYX, but after my disappointing shopping experience there, I would not suggest it to anyone in the market for quality musical instruments and equipment. If you need dependable goods and superior service, you should shop elsewhere.
