Overall I really like this bluetooth receiver for my car. However, there is a problem with its main function; Phone call and voice assistant features. My voice coming from the person on the other end of the call is fine, but his voice coming out of my speakers was horribly distorted at any volume. The same distortion occurred when I tried to use my voice assistant (Siri). Alerts and Siri voice feedback were distorted, as were phone calls. I tried turning down the speaker and phone volume and the problem persisted. Maybe I got a defective one? The odd thing was that the sound quality was okay when playing music, podcasts, and videos. crystal clear. There are also no connection problems. If anyone from Tunai reads these reviews, could you send me a replacement? I bought this specifically for the phone call and voice assistant feature and it's the only thing that doesn't work.
