Review on Lisle 30800 Boot Clamp Pliers by Omar Alradwan

This tool provides professional results when installing metal band boots on CV joints, racks or driveshafts. I recently replaced the inner tie rods on the steering rack on the Ram 3500. After installing the tie rods, I moved the plastic bellows to the steering rack and secured them with plastic ties. I don't think the zip ties can be fastened tight enough to keep water and dust out of the trunk. Also, the only thing I was annoyed with was that my finished work looked amateurish. After reading some reviews I decided to go with a professional tool and ordered a Lisle 30800 along with tape clamps. The results were excellent. The tool is easy to use and delivers professional results. Definitely worth $28 to put in your tool box.
