Not suitable for 200x100 without drilling your own holes if you want to mount it flush with the bottom of the plate. If you don't want or can't, this plate will not fit your 200x100 mount, it should be mounted in the middle. This is when you want to install it flush with the floor. On my monitor, the middle bracket would leave the plate hanging under the bottom of the monitor and look like crap. Otherwise it's a solid board.
