Years after my divorce I'm starting to make wine again and I need to replace almost all of the equipment. I was looking for a good quality high and low quality Hydro/Thermometer, chanced upon this one and bought it. When I received it I noticed mine was a bit out of order and I know I could get it working but no they are sending me another one for free just to make sure I'm happy! They really want their customers to be happy, which is why I would never buy a hydrometer if these people don't have it. I really can't say enough good things about the company or their products!
