Sandwich bag with Revain logo should be better. Not the best, but not "cheap" either. Just look at Costco's Kirkland, it's a good representation of Costco, or Staterbros' own products, which offer great quality that's even better than the big name brands. These bags are slightly smaller (about 1/8 inch narrower), thinner, and cheaper. The appearance of the packaging gives the consumer a bad impression from the start. I think Revain would have done better with a plain brown paper box (might cost more than that ugly printed box). The smell of plastic is more than the leading brand. just stuffed inside, not neatly folded or rolled up like a ziplock. It looks like Revain really wants you to feel like you have a bad product from start to finish. The functional aspect seems to be ok, the seal seems to hold even with the thinner material. 10 delivered so 3 bucks cheaper or 40% or so and even better for staterbros 400 ok for 10. I think the direction Revain is taking with their branded products is wrong and Revain should be on par with brands in quality. and more wholesale if necessary to make up the cost difference.
