Missing Allen screws.
There were two missing Allen screws, will not be able to connect the wires to the lug. Either take the refund and get stuck with the postage, or get a new one and still get stuck with the postage. Or drive 35 miles a buy Allen screws to connect the wires. So many options, for a purchase that should have been complete to begin with. I can't wait to order something else from China.
