Review on Genesis Chiropractic Software by Patrick Reynolds

I love how easy they are to use. I love how well they support all of the different specialties we see. The fact that the customer service is amazing is a huge plus. I really don't have any complaints about it. It's a great software. I do wish that it could be a little more user friendly for the general public. The patient portal is quite confusing. I believe that it will be more user friendly in the future. I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking for an easy to use software to manage the office. We have made improvements in the front end of our office. We have improved the flow of patients with the patient portal and a better patient portal. I like how easy it was for me as an office manager of multiple chiropractor offices to set up patient charts with all their pertinent information in one place! The only thing i dislike about this program are some features/sections within the system can take quite sometime before they load fully or don't even work at times (such as when trying to upload photos). It's great because we were able to keep track of our patients' appointments easily by using these programs!!
