Incredibly inexpensive nozzle for trimming excess seams in hard surface sinks that use Kurran sinks and others. Remember that before using this 12 degree nozzle or any other "bowl attachment" it is best to check with the manufacturer for the angle/degree of their bowls. I am a certified DuPont Corian fabricator/installer and have also held certifications or approved purchases for Staron, 909, Surrell, Gibraltar, Fountainhead and other hard acrylic surfaces for the past 30 years. Many of these manufacturers make their own 10, 12, and 15 degree bowls. No one wants to grind or grind this stuff. So much time. In this particular work, I checked with Curran for their specific point of view. They responded very quickly by saying their acrylic sink has an 11 degree angle, which means you need to use a 12 degree nozzle to cut both surfaces evenly. After this information about the specifications I bought this bit. Cuts like butter. Ideal. Did the job with minimal sanding. I particularly like the Delrin bearing bush, usually only for hard surfaces. My other beats from the past were Velapic beats. VERY expensive but modern and industry standard for manufacturers. This less expensive accessory outperforms the Velapic in every way. Definitely positive feedback from a licensed contractor.
