I like that it's very easy to use with all of my employees using this software daily in our office management department! There are many features but they have been working hard at updating us monthly so there isn't much we dislike about their product!! It has helped me keep track from start-to finish as well help ensure compliance by keeping up date records which helps when submitting any claims or insurance companies needing proof documentation regarding work completed during an inspection process etc..
