Review on Topeak F66 Fixer: Versatile Solution for 📱 Phone Pack, Tool Bags & Moonshine 3H/HID Battery Mount by Fernando Ramani

So the thing is quite simple and doesn't require much thought. I'm a bit upset with my feelings for this guy because as others have mentioned, he's made of plastic so breaks pretty easily. I've been using it for 4 weeks and have already broken 3. So why 4 stars then? Well it's really easy to put on, it's cheap and it works great with the Topeak phone case I have. I ride some really tough trails on my mountain bike and this thing never lets go of my bag (partly due to the clip on the bag of course) except when I do some crazy move from time to time and hit it with my knee and then it breaks down Well, yeah, it's frustrating when it breaks. But here's the real question I keep asking myself: if it were metal and therefore it wouldn't break if something happened that would otherwise cause it to break, then it would be my pocket clip for the phone break something? The phone case was more expensive than this attachment. So should I keep buying them or my phone case? I could try a different system (and was thinking of a clamp on the handlebars that might move it out of the way a bit) but I like where it sits. This allows my Bluetooth headphones to work properly and I can see who is calling and if I need to take a business call, or I can just avoid it altogether. It's a very convenient place and I really don't want to mount it anywhere else. While I would give this one 3 stars because I think breakages might deserve a 3 star rating, I also feel like it's cheap, easy to replace and doesn't break my more expensive phone case which helps a bit with alignment . I also don't think it's necessarily built for tough mountain bike situations. The one on my road bike has never broken and probably never will unless I make a really stupid move or have a bad accident. So I think 4 stars is appropriate. I don't think he's trying to be anything he's not and I think he works in the way you might expect.
