Review on Rugged Ridge 11546 52 2007 2018 Wrangler by Kirt Phillips

I needed this spare wheel holder because my 315/75R16 tire (35" x 12" metric) did not fit my aftermarket bumper. This holder, with the correct lug plate adjustment, not only raised my tire higher, but also allowed full contact with the bumpers on the tailgate. Those reviews that say "it's crooked," "it takes the tire too far," obviously don't know how to follow instructions or don't have the technical skills. The beam is a little crooked for a reason, it's supposed to be aligned with the hinge reinforcement. Gaskets are included to fix the "crooked" side of the holder. If you have a CB radio bracket, the spacers and the bracket have the same thickness, so it's a win-win situation. Watch the installation video and you'll see what I mean. Overall a great product and a great price.
