The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.
I've been pulsing for several months. More than once there were frosts over 30 and this device helps a lot. Upon receipt, it was charged to 3 of 4 divisions. Already 7 times they charged their car, several times they helped dad and a neighbor, but the charge remained at three divisions. Great device. Convenient cover, does not take up much space, convenient and simple. Performs its tasks 100%. Very satisfied with the purchase.
