I was very impressed when it first arrived. I read all the reviews and it seemed to me that almost any medium can be used with this sketchbook. I bought it to draw and use markers. Does not happen!. Copic markers not only extend to the bottom of the page, but also to the next page below. And I just lightly drew a spot with a marker to try. I am extremely disappointed. It doesn't wash well either; and I'm not talking about stroking over dark pencil lines with a pink eraser. A white eraser on lightly drawn lines removes paper grain and removes ink drawn on pencil lines. Very bad. I like the flat format, the size, the space for the pens, the elastic holder and the envelope, but it is expensive for poor quality paper. One reviewer mentioned that it looks like a cardboard folder and I think that's the perfect description. You can resort to old Manila folders with the same success.
