Review on 🧦 Enhance Leg Circulation with Sockwell Men's Circulator Moderate Graduated Compression Socks by Dave Rasic

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great compression stockings for RNs!

I wish I could buy all these pretty colors of women's Sockwell socks, but unfortunately I'm 5'7, wear size 11 women's shoes and have always had very big feet, including my calves. The medium/large size doesn't fit me (it's the largest size in the women's models), it's about 2.5 cm shorter, probably because of the thickness of my calves. This disappointed me when I bought my first pair of socks. I really liked the quality of the socks so I bought the plus/plus sizes for men and they fit me perfectly! I accidentally threw them in the dryer but they still fit and didn't shrink even after the dryer. This review is actually for my 4th pair as I have 2 women's pairs (size M/L) that I can't wear and now I have 2 men's pairs (large/large) which are amazing! I'm a nurse who does these long 12 hour shifts, they offer great compression and keep them just the right size where I want them without slipping or digging all day. They're not too heavy and feel more like socks than stockings, which I prefer as stocking-like compression socks make my feet sweat. This isn't the first brand of compression stockings I've tried, I've bought others both before and after buying my first pair of Sockwell's. I went back to these because I wasn't as happy with the others I'd tried. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 (instead of 5) is because I hate having to buy boring men's colors and designs because they don't offer women's models and colors in a size that fits me. While this isn't the first time I've encountered this problem when searching for an item, I'm still disappointed. Women quite often have bigger (fatter) calves/legs than men, and believe it or not. not every woman is 5 feet 4 inches tall. Expand the sizes on the women's models and I'll be back giving this product 5 stars in a second.
