The product arrived as shown but no information was provided on how to install the cable along with the fuel cap. On my very first attempt to secure the cable in the correct hole near the filler neck the retaining end of the cable broke off which changed the purpose of the cable and the reason for my purchase and was useless other than as a loose gas cap.
