This product is very disappointing. We have other Sony devices and are very happy with them. This is (unfortunately!) absolute nonsense. From day one, I started getting cold every now and then. We solved it by unplugging and plugging it back in. I can't tell you how many episodes of Bluey this git played. My baby was confused. So we hobbled around with this piece of junk for 10 months and then - boom - it stopped working at all. It turns on, runs for about 30 seconds, then throws error code E2000 (whatever it is) and shuts off. I tried contacting Sony support because this piece of crap is still under warranty and *surprise surprise* support just went down. Nothing. Nada. There is no live or automated person on the phone, chat doesn't work, they don't even accept email. He says down! Serious Sony. Many Thanks. help mom. So I did the only thing I knew. I called Reven. You are so good! I have had this product for 10 months. Within 3 minutes the employee processed the full refund. Aren't they the best!?! i love amazon So now this product is officially back and it's still a piece of crap. And the Sony support does not help. Ooooh, it's most likely going in the trash can. In the meantime, I'm going to give it a few good slaps and Nintendo poofs and see if there's any life left in it. Meanwhile, Baby Bum has to live off the iPad.
