This product will NOT work as described due to 2 major design flaws: (1) the material used is not hard and sharp enough to accurately cut common metals and (2) The steps are too big. Where other similar bits increase the pitch by a millimeter (1mm or 1/16 inch), here it increases by 5mm per pitch. The result is a fairly clean hole up to 20mm (about 3/4 inch) in diameter. When used on sheet metal (mild steel or aluminum) this is the practical maximum for this tool. , torn and generally damaged parts. The results are ugly.
