Review on ABM360 by Trey Michaels

I like that the dashboard is very easy to use and has great features for both B2C and B2B. The account mapping is the best we have found and it makes it easy to work with both B2C and B2B accounts. the emailing is also great and makes it easy to send out mass emails. we do send mass emails with ABM360 and our agents appreciate it. I don't like the fact that we can customize our emails better. it is not nearly as customizable as you can with Mail Chimp. There are options to customize your emails, but you cannot change the font or colors. We also wish that we could get an email out to multiple contacts at once, not one at a time. Sending out bulk emails in bulk is much more efficient. ABM360 is a great tool to help us streamline our marketing efforts. The time to communicate with our contacts has come I like how easy it was to set up my accounts, track performance of each channel in real time; very helpful for our team as we are always looking at what's working best! There isn't much downside here - just keep using this software when you have more features than one person can use effectively (like me). We're able see where all traffic comes from so now its easier tracking down leads which come directly through different channels or by clicking links provided via email campaigns etc.
