Great customer service and great product

I like how you can set up multiple campaigns in one page, which makes it easy to switch between accounts or use them individually depending what needs are at hand during any given day of production for our clients' customers! The reporting could be better - we have limited access as far back into previous months go (we're looking forward 3 years), so when things get complex there's not much help from those reports beyond "that looks fine". We've been able solve most problems with this platform

Pros
  • This isn’t always true though since sometimes just 1 person will make all decisions about content creation while another takes care over publishing schedules etc., making sure that everything goes smoothly even through difficult times is key here.

Great platform designed perfectly suitable

The most helpful part of this tool to me has been its ability for my team members who are spread out around different regions in our country, but still working from home during COVID times - their access was very important because it enabled them work remotely without having any physical presence at one place or another! It also enables us with easy integration into Salesforce which I have found really convenient as well!! Nothing much so far though other than some minor glitches here & there…

Great Marketing Tool For Your Business

I like that the dashboard is very easy to use and has great features for both B2C and B2B. The account mapping is the best we have found and it makes it easy to work with both B2C and B2B accounts. the emailing is also great and makes it easy to send out mass emails. we do send mass emails with ABM360 and our agents appreciate it. I don't like the fact that we can customize our emails better. it is not nearly as customizable as you can with Mail Chimp. There are options to customize your…
