I like how you can set up multiple campaigns in one page, which makes it easy to switch between accounts or use them individually depending what needs are at hand during any given day of production for our clients' customers! The reporting could be better - we have limited access as far back into previous months go (we're looking forward 3 years), so when things get complex there's not much help from those reports beyond "that looks fine".
