Review on ✏️ EasyScribe Scribing Tool - Black by Trend E/SCRIBE by Matthew Fadoul

I have tried so many of these marking tools and almost all have failed. This one is no exception. The reliance on plastic and exposed sliding parts renders such things useless. Why wouldn't someone just make an aluminum scriber with a thumbwheel like this and solid parts? After a day or two, the leadership was no longer proud of the end. What looks like a twisted brass screw is actually a piece of plastic that will actually break if overtightened. So if you try to tighten the leash to keep it from slipping in and out, you will eventually break it. Also, the main body of metal slides in and out easily, so it is very difficult to maintain constant pressure on it between movement of the guide member and movement of the floor. I don't understand why it's so hard to make a decent writer!
