I used these to give people a chance to pump up Anglaise Irish Buttercream Cake Balls for baking at work and everyone was talking about it! Filling it out completely takes some practice, but once you get the hang of it, it's not difficult. However, it never gets boring to process large quantities at once. It is useful to do this while watching TV. Pay attention to the thickness of the liquid/sauce. I had to use half the amount of cornstarch in my regular Creme Anglaise recipe to make it thin enough to pipette. I'm sure I'll be ordering more for future projects!
