I have a YAMAHA AV receiver, model RX-V383. I got this antenna in the hope that it would pick up a particular station that I couldn't pick up with the antenna that came with the receiver, which is a piece of crap and pretty standard for any receiver you buy. Well, now I can receive this station without interruption. So I'm completely satisfied. And just to see, I scrolled up and down the watch face and got more stations than before and clearly. I've now given the connection 5 stars because it's so easy. It comes with 3 different connectors and Yamaha is listed as one of the brands it fits. But NONE of the connectors are suitable for connecting the receiver. So I speak to Yamaha owners and can only speak about MY MODEL. I made it fit because over the years (I'm 70 years old) I've kept everything related to electronics/phones. So I had a cable with the right connector to the receiver and I used 2 antenna connectors to connect the antenna. Simply put, I had everything I needed to connect the antenna to the receiver.
