No No No No does not fit does not fit as listed
Actual DIMENSIONS: OD = 2.4380" and ID = 2.2670" (see image). This means that it is not suitable as an insert or overlay for standard DeWalt, Hitachi, Porter Cable or Craftsman dust collectors that I have tried and I'm sure many others. I wouldn't mind the hard plastic as I was planning on leaving them in place, but I didn't mind the misleading sizes listed.
