Not recommended for a beginner.
I would not recommend this set to a beginner. The sewing instructions are not very good and the attached photo does not accurately reflect the colors. The print on the picture of the finished embroidery is poor and in some cases illegible, which is difficult when trying to figure out what color or stitch to use. Keep searching. There are better kits.
