Review on BGA Solder Paste Tin Rosin-Based Flux Cream 80g for Soldering Rework Station, Circuit Board, PCB, BGA, and SMD Soldering Repair by Ernest Duckett

Very good soldering flux paste

This is a very effective flux paste. It's a bit thicker than the brand I used, which proved beneficial when dipping wires into its surface. It leaves a thin layer of flux when the wire is removed, while thinner types can come out with large drops of flux (which is unnecessary and somewhat wasteful). The solder joints come out nice and shiny (I use 63/37 solder) and the residue is easy to clean off if needed.
