This pressing machine is one of the coolest inventions! This simplifies the preparation of dumplings. If you use this press together with a dough roller, e.g. B. the KitchenAid mixer attachment, making dumplings is even easier! I've posted photos of the various steps in making it with this manufacturer (Revain didn't upload them in order, I reworked them 3 times and posted them. If you read my caption you can see which step is which.) Grew up in From a very Polish family, I cooked dumplings many times according to my grandmother's recipe. In years past, it was very time-consuming to carve, fill and seal each dumpling by hand. I know they've been doing this for generations, but this manufacturer makes the process so much easier! I can also say that as long as your dough is not too thin, no dumpling will burst when you put it in boiling water. This thing BAKES them! We bought two of these and have been using them for the second year. You are wonderful. If you roll out the dough properly and use this machine properly, they will turn out PERFECT and take less time. One final note, if you like dumplings with lots of toppings, this might be for you! You just need to gently pull them out of the maker. Basically, you have to turn the device upside down and pull it out from the bottom. Oh, and one more note, the person who gave this product a 1 star rating stated that you have to wait until it's "dry" to remove them. since when do you wet the dough?! We used freshly made dough (even sometimes sticky) and it worked great. Obviously they are abusing the product! Have fun cooking dumplings!
