Review on 3-Piece Assorted Sizes Bamboo Cutting Board Set by Totally Bamboo by Angela Tarpley

So far so good. Was looking for a 'greener' product and it seemed to fit the bill and was very reasonably priced. The largest of these is medium, but they all work well for most needs. What I liked the most was that the glue they use is non-toxic. Couldn't find this information for most other boards in this price range. I use Caron & Doucet cutting board oil, which is mineral oil free. Read a review that says you should lubricate them every day for the first week, so I'm still in the process of doing so. I've hand washed it a few times now and they seem to clean well. In general, I recommend, but they do not have much time yet.
