Great tool used daily at work: Vonage Contact Center (formerly NewVoiceMedia)

The best thing about this software is that it allows us to have one place where we can access our contact information from any device or location. It also allows us to track calls in real time which makes it easy for us to know what needs to be done next. I dislike that sometimes it takes a long time to load and sometimes when you try to make a call it will not connect. It would be nice if there was an option to turn off the auto dial feature so that you could manually dial numbers instead. We use this software to keep track of all of our contacts. This allows us to easily manage and update our contact information.

  • Ease of Use! Great product, great customer support team!!! Easy interface!! Very responsive Customer care center!!!! Love them as much today they did back then..I've been using their services since 1994..they are still my favorite phone service provider
