Haven't installed anything on them yet but they appear to be of decent quality. However, I've seen several reviews with the same problem as me: I got 20 "cleats", 20 "washers", but only 18 "thumbscrews". So extra studs and washers are essentially useless. Additionally, if you decide most mount gear uses 4 of these, I can only mount 4 items instead of 5, so I basically have a 16 item set. Judging by the fact that multiple people have had the same issue, I suspect they pack them by weight and use inaccurate scales or something. This is definitely an annoying problem and it would be a good idea to check their process and find out how to fix it. Whether it's to get more precise gear or just to pack an extra pair of each piece in each package (e.g. in a package of 20 send 22 units. In a package of 100 send 105 units etc.). The costs will be negligible for them and this will significantly increase customer satisfaction. Instead of being in a situation like mine where I have 5 pieces to assemble but only enough racks to assemble 4 pieces, I now have to buy 20 more kits to assemble 1 more piece.
