Review on Kurt Adler EP6171L Spades Nutcracker by Nancy Ortega

This nutcracker itself was in great shape but the packaging was opened and sealed and it was obvious. If it wasn't for a Christmas present which I needed immediately I would have returned. If, like me, you value an undamaged original packaging of a collector's item, then I would personally visit a nutcracker to check the quality of the original packaging. I don't know if the item's packaging was damaged on delivery or if this had happened previously as it was only sent to me by letterbox in its original packaging and ideally the item's original packaging should have been in the box with the peanuts surrounding it. It has definitely reopened and closed. If it were something I would use and wear down like bars of soap I wouldn't care what box it came in, but you just expect more from a collector's item that you'll keep in that original box forever.
