As many have said, it is very easy to break. If they weren't cheap and gave you 2 suction cups it would be a lot easier. I asked for replacements and then took the old and new suction cups and it was a lot easier. For some reason they really want to return the broken one. They wanted me to pick up to send it back. The nearest UPS pickup point is 45 minutes from my house. It's not worth wasting time and money on gas to return a $10 product this way. I've just been told I've been charged for a replacement. The product is ok but not worth twice the price. I'd rather charge $0.06 more to start with and send two suction cups to install.
