I finally got the chance to test the WEITASI Bluetooth thermometer on a Thanksgiving roast and found it worked. After charging in a rather fancy bamboo holder/charger (with USB port) I was able to establish a Bluetooth connection which was sufficient for data transfer. I say this because the connection was unstable - it dropped, but then reconnected. This was problematic as it made a loud noise every time it was turned off. This let me know when it had reached the temperature I had set and it seemed pretty accurate. ProsPrecise work at 25ft ConsBluetooth connection was unstable. Emits a loud beep when BT turns off.
