This item is amazing. I use it to repair TPO plastic bumper covers and it's much better than using a two part plastic repair product for rips and pinholes. It's fast, with a bit of a learning curve, and adds structural integrity right away, and I haven't used my plastic welder since I bought it in July 2015. The tongue where the bumper connects to the fender. Shipping packaging was defective. The clear plastic box was shattered upon arrival. For some reason I blew a fuse on my first and possibly second use. Since then no problems. Order fuses at the same time, as they are difficult to find even in a radio shop (I ordered a small set of electronic fuses here from Amazon) 5x20mm 250 volts.
