These boards started to get stained and riddled with knife marks the first time they were used.
The inscription on these sheets suggested that they were not stained or marked with knives. They are all colored and marked on first use. A bit of hard scrubbing will remove the stains, but the knife marks became clearly visible after the second week of use.
