I'm 6ft 1in 160lbs with long arms. The jacket is made of good, soft and comfortable materials. It really retains body heat and keeps you warm on cold winter days. . In fact, I wear it almost every day. It's not the best option, and here's why. If you have long arms, the sleeves can look a little short. During the day I often put them on my hands. Due to the construction, the front neckline is too high and presses uncomfortably on the throat. It's not that uncomfortable to wear, but it's noticeable. The more you wear it, the more you don't notice it, but you know it. I also have a Pearl Izumi base coat. Pearl Izumi is simply better and superior in every way. Although I'm happy with that. But while I would give Terramar 78 out of 100, I would give Pearl Izumi 100 out of 100. So I would recommend Pearl Izumi long sleeve thermal underwear.
