They hold my boots great but still easily come off when I want them.
I use these on my Powertap P1 cleats, not real Look Keo pedals. if i want it I guess if I'm running in sticky mud they might come off, but who does that in their road shoes? They make walking a lot easier and I don't have to worry about the pavement eating away at the plastic on my spikes which is sure to extend their lifespan. Compared to my wife's SPD-SL covers, which are removed by a second person. Shoes are really cool.
