Another great knife from Victorinox

I have a few other Victorinox knives that I use exclusively for grilling and grilling. The only downside is that the large knives are a bit unwieldy for cutting anything smaller than a breast. I'm buying a Victorinox Granton 8" butcher knife at a great price and I love it. Great for trimming pork thighs, cooking ribs, slicing sausage and more. No, it won't conquer the ridge on a few ribs. or splitting the bones into larger cuts but I have other tools for those jobs If you are looking for a medium sized knife with excellent balance and good weight this is the knife for you.
