Grantons slide it through fat like it's not even there

I work as a meat cutter in a grocery store where we make a lot of precise cuts and this thing has made my job easier. The grantons allow it to slide through the grease as if it weren't there, and the blade and handle are the industry standard quality I've come to expect from Victorinox. With regular sharpening, it will stay sharp for quite a while even with daily use, and is soft enough that even sharpening with an oil stone is quick and easy, taking me no more than ten minutes to get it back…

Another great knife from Victorinox

I have a few other Victorinox knives that I use exclusively for grilling and grilling. The only downside is that the large knives are a bit unwieldy for cutting anything smaller than a breast. I'm buying a Victorinox Granton 8" butcher knife at a great price and I love it. Great for trimming pork thighs, cooking ribs, slicing sausage and more. Great tool for the kitchen and dining room

The quality of Victorinox blades is well known, so I won't go into detail. I will go into other aspects, starting with the Fibrox handle. I have large hands and the grip fits very well and is well designed for an ergonomic function. An additional advantage is the non-slip design. The meat is wet and greasy and this knife seems to stick to your hand as it cuts. (ALWAYS use a cut-resistant or stainless steel glove when cutting meat. I ALWAYS mentioned.)
