Review on IceToolz Fourth Hand Cable Puller: Universal Cable Holder with Locking Mechanism for Quick & Easy Brake Work by David Monaco

I'm a fan of the Park tool but I have a price limit. Park Tool is more than three times the price of Ice Toolz, but Park Tool still has some low reviews. I was impressed with IceToolz so I decided to give this tool a try. Don't expect too much at this cheap price point, but it's almost identical to the Parks tool. The handles, ratchet and mechanisms are very strong. One comment was that it got rusty. I think since it's steel it will rust if you leave it wet. I'm glad I have this tool as I deal with shifter cables and brake cables. It will be easier to find loose. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this tool if you think the parking tool is too expensive.
