Review on Mevotech MK8747 Idler Arm by Jason Hayes
I only use Mevotech in my cars.
Perfect fit for my 97 Ford F150! Don't forget to measure the distance between the mounting holes. This tension arm is 3 7/16 inches long. If you have 2.5 inch, you need MK8739T. There are small details that I appreciate. For example, the nut is welded to keep it from loosening and the part that has a plastic cover to protect the silicone sleeve during shipping. I have Mevotech TTX upper wishbones, ball joints and tie rods. Wyoming-based Mevotech's product integrity is constantly being questioned and has not failed in 45,000 miles to date.
