Great customer service tool and software solution

I like how easy it is for me as an owner or manager - my staff can see who has been leaving positive comments & which ones haven&#039t! And we are able t o reply directly through their comment when they leave feedback that isn’ts helpful (so far).

Our team loves seeing what customers think about us so this helps them feel more confident with recommending ReSpoNd Intelligent Customer Feedback Software Solution™to friends / family etc.. We also receive great tips from other restaurants using The system- especially those looking outwards at larger companies suchas Hilton Hotels Worldwide Inc., IntercontinentalHotel Group Ltd.; Marriott InternationalInc./Starwood Hotel Properties LLC ;and WyndhamWorldwide Resorts Corp.- where employees often have different methodsof gathering suggestions but still need some way togetfeedbackfrom outside sources too! Definitely recommend!! It would be nice if there was somewaywe could integrate into existing systems instead.
