Review on Martelli Ergo 2000 Left Handed Rotary Cutter 45mm: Precision Cutting Tool for Left Hand Crafters by Gelin Battle

Be sure to read the instructions for hand placement as the blade is very sharp. It comes with a blade. I like the protective case, a really good security feature. I first heard about these ergonomic Martelli cutters at a quilt fair. I already have one in 45mm but wanted a bigger one as I cut 4 yards of material into 2 1/2 strips. My first cuts went through four layers of material, which he sliced through like butter. After cutting them, I stacked one on top of the other 8 strips folded in half so there were 16 layers and he easily cut through them. I made all the cuts with a blade and it's still sharp. I highly recommend this product.
