Very nice quality knives. But since I used to use Kyocera ceramic knives which I first bought at Whole Foods Market for $60 and broke 2 knives out of 3 in two weeks I decided to try IMORI knives which are 2x cheaper here are. The knives came in very nice packaging, much better than the other brands and I could see that IMORI is sharp on the first try but not as sharp as the Kyocera and got a bit worse after about a week of use. But at the same time they seem stronger, not as fragile as the Kyocera. Sharpness is the only compromise, otherwise these are great knives!
