**Not the best knife**

**Not the best knife*** Broke in less than two months of use and only for cutting vegetables. I can't even imagine cutting meat with it. Save money and buy from a real retail store. I hate how Revain puts certain brands first and ignores the fact that they're terrible. It's about who pays the big bucks to be first in the search.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • Can hurt

Excellent knives. I've had ceramic knives before so I expect them to be sharp, but they're even better than sharp, they have some built in safety measures that are really great. The material of the handle is non-slip and the blade has small protrusions that prevent the finger from slipping on the blade of the knife. I love her

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Quick guide

Keep looking for cutlery and knife accessories

I wasn't hoping for that. I bought it for a chef's knife, the knife is too thin. Although sharp, it doesn't have enough angle on the blade to cut effectively. Cons: Chef's knife is ineffective Not enough room to grab fingers, fingers will be crushed with proper chef's knife technique Pros: Sharp Good grip If you're looking for a chef's knife, try this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/ product/B000PS2XI4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Cons

Pretty dull for ceramic

I know this set is less than $40, but ceramic knives should be razor sharp right away because they're nearly impossible to sharpen on your own. They didn't even pass the paper test out of the box. At the same time, my Kyocera ceramic knives are 3 years old, are used several times a week and still pass the paper test. Of course they are almost 8 times bigger, but I was still very disappointed in them. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the price. If they were higher I would give 1…

But great knives. suitable for knife sets in boxes

Very nice quality knives. But since I used to use Kyocera ceramic knives which I first bought at Whole Foods Market for $60 and broke 2 knives out of 3 in two weeks I decided to try IMORI knives which are 2x cheaper here are. The knives came in very nice packaging, much better than the other brands and I could see that IMORI is sharp on the first try but not as sharp as the Kyocera and got a bit worse after about a week of use. But at the same time they seem stronger, not as fragile as the…

Sharpness for years to come

I heard about celebrity chef Ming Cai's ceramic knives, he didn't sell them, he just used them. That's why I bought this set. I've used it to shred roast meats for stews and it was wonderful. I also used a chef's knife to thinly slice the onion and peppers. It was so smooth and sharp that I was able to slice the pepper rings into wafer-thin slices without even crushing them. Knives never need sharpening or sharpening, so they're like new every time you use them. I highly recommend this purchase

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Hard to say

Great price for a great set of 3 knives.

Exceptional knives with an excellent grip unlike other brands that have a hard, slippery surface. These knives have a sharp point, unlike the other three brands that I own that have a rounded blade. Sometimes I need to core tomatoes, apples etc and this sharpened blade will do the trick. So far after a week the blade is like other ceramic blades which are very sharp. The problem with these blades is that they get sharper as they get dull. I usually have to sharpen my ceramic knives every 3…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

This ceramic set of 3 knives from IMORI is perfect!

My order arrived on time and in good condition in a gift box that could be stored according to the box opened. Each knife has its own sheath to protect the blade when stored in a drawer. I love these amazingly sharp knives that are well balanced. They cut and slice superbly and the slight curve of the blade next to the handle protects against accidental finger cuts. The blades remain sharp even with repeated use. Since the blades are ceramic, care must be taken not to damage them from rough…

I don't know why all the fuss, excellent knives

You get all the knives you need. I've had them for about 45 days, I've used them all multiple times on everything from steak, pork shoulder (8lbs cut into individual portions to save food, large knife), tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, potatoes, onions, Cheese (even Swiss and 2 and 4 year old cheddar). You understand me, I checked all the knives for chips or small holes, that's why I bought this set. My old cheap set came out (sometimes ceramic, or used too). No stains so far, but I…

Pros
  • Consistent results in testing
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
