Exceptional knives with an excellent grip unlike other brands that have a hard, slippery surface. These knives have a sharp point, unlike the other three brands that I own that have a rounded blade. Sometimes I need to core tomatoes, apples etc and this sharpened blade will do the trick. So far after a week the blade is like other ceramic blades which are very sharp. The problem with these blades is that they get sharper as they get dull. I usually have to sharpen my ceramic knives every 3 months. These three knives are priced around $10 each, which is phenomenal considering other brands like Kyo (era) charge a lot more.
